Ben Swain

BEN SWAIN 

CHAIR & NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ben is a partner of Tasmanian law firm Murdoch Clarke. His practice areas include corporate advice, transactional mergers and acquisitions, real property and private client matters. Ben is a director of various Pty Ltd companies and trusts including the Elsie Cameron Foundation which has investment in entities including TasFoods Limited.

With a passion for Tasmania’s finest foods and produce and the companies that grow and produce them, Ben gets great fulfilment from assisting, in his professional capacity, various Tasmanian food and agriculture business to achieve their goals.

He was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 4 June 2020.


Greg Stones

GREG STONES

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Greg has over 35 years experience across the Australian beverage and food industry, and his focus has been upon improving operational effectiveness within Supply Chains through value creation, employee engagement and the elimination of waste.

Greg has held a number of senior leadership roles, including the National Operations Director roles for Lion Nathan Australia and Lion Dairy and Drinks. Greg has served on the boards of a number of private entities.


Joshua Fletcher

JOSHUA FLETCHER

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Joshua has been CEO of TasFoods since March 2024 and prior to this was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for 12 months and over all this time has been integral working with the board to implement significant strategic and operational changes within the Company. 

Joshua is a proud Tasmanian and is an experienced corporate professional in agriculture, farming and manufacturing businesses and has held numerous commercial and financial roles over his career in Tasmania and Victoria.


Paul Jensz

PAUL JENSZ

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Paul has over 25 years experience in developing and financing Primary Industries, Agribusiness and Life Sciences in Australia and Asia. He initially spent 10 years with CRA/Rio Tinto in business and project development. Paul moved to corporate broking with Citibank, Austock, PhillipCapital and is a founding director of PAC Partners.

He is the Executive Chairman of AgFood Fund, which is an unlisted unit trust based in Melbourne that invests in emerging unlisted and listed companies across the agribusiness and food supply chain. The AgFood Fund is a substantial shareholder in the Company. Paul is also a non-executive director at Agribusiness Australia.


Executive Team

JOSHUA FLETCHER

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Joshua has broad finance and governance experience, gained over his career in the dairy industry from farmgate to manufacturing and commercial operation. He was the Finance Director at Maeil Australia (Maeil Dairies Co) and was responsible for all finance and governance related matters. He was also hands on with the implementation of the ERP system for the company. 

Prior to Maeil Australia, Joshua was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia Co-operative and its subsidiaries until 2019. He was also Head of Commercial Finance and Head of Finance at Murray Goulburn Co-operative. Joshua was the original financial controller of Tasmanian Dairy Products Co Limited, owned by Murray Goulburn, Mitsubishi Corporation and the Tasmanian founding shareholder, who built an $80m milk powder facility in North West Tasmania.  

Joshua is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting (University of Tasmania). He has previously been a member of the CA ANZ Regional and Rural Advisory Committee.


Leanne Pritchard

Leanne Pritchard

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Leanne has broad finance experience across a range of industries including FMCG, food manufacturing, IT, financial services and audit. Leanne was previously the Financial Controller at TasFoods Limited. Prior to that was the Group Financial Controller at Genobile Saba Australia where she was responsible for all areas of finance, treasury, governance and HR.

Leanne has also held positions with Cxense AS, a SAAS company based in Norway, National Australia Bank and 8 years with Deloitte Audit and Advisory, specialising in insurance, superannuation and managed funds.

As a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), Leanne also holds a Masters in Applied Commerce (Accounting) from The University of Melbourne.
