Relax on our scenic deck with a gourmet platter and matching Tasmanian wine or beer, whilst soaking in the picturesque Tasmanian farm setting. Watch the cows come and go from the dairy and savour this idyllic country paradise.

Learn more about how the cheese is crafted and see the cheese makers at work on the days we are making cheese (usually 9am – 2pm weekdays Sept – May subject to milk availability). See the cheese maturing on the shelves in the cellar below the café where it develops flavour.

Taste the cheeses and browse through our range of gourmet Tasmanian foods, wines, beers and spirits available.  We have a great range of local products as well as taste sensations from across Tasmania.  We can pack your purchases in a cooler bag which you can take with you. For those that are on holiday, we can also deliver your purchased items to you at a later, preferred date when you’ll be home.
